Career Development
Our Career Development Program is a dynamic initiative aimed at equipping young adults and youth with the skills, experience, and qualities necessary to secure employment in their desired fields. Additionally, the program provides opportunities for employees to enhance their existing skills, positioning themselves for advancement within their workplaces. Recognizing the challenges that college graduates face due to limited practical experience, the Colorado African Cultural Center (CACC) has partnered with Zoe Innovation Cloud Tech (ZICT) and Colorado Workforce to bridge this gap.

Primary Demographic: Youths and young adults aged 18-50 from the Colorado African and African American communities.
