At the Colorado African Innovation and Cultural Center (CAICC), we are on a mission to uplift and empower individuals through education, technology, business development, and cultural enrichment. Our programs are designed to bridge gaps in opportunities, provide life-changing skills, and create a thriving ecosystem for growth. As we expand our impact, we need passionate volunteers like you to support our initiatives and help drive real change in our communities.


Who We Are & What We Do

The CAICC is a hub for transformation, offering programs that cater to youth, professionals, and businesses:


Youth Empowerment

Our Community Action for Youth Empowerment (CAYE) Program provides underrepresented youth with:

  • STEM & Tech Training – Hands-on experience in AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and coding.

  • Entrepreneurial Growth – Guidance and mentorship to turn ideas into successful businesses.

  • Financial Literacy – Training in budgeting, investments, and financial independence.

  • Mental Wellness & Personal Growth – Coaching and resources to build resilience and confidence.


Career Development

The Up-Skill & Get Hired Program helps professionals transition into high-paying careers through:

  • Industry-Specific Training in AWS Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Project Management.

  • Job Placement Support – Resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and mock interviews.

  • Mentorship & Coaching from seasoned professionals in tech and business.

  • Networking Events – Connections with industry leaders and recruiters.


Business Development

The Business Development Resource Center (BDRC) supports entrepreneurs in:

  • Launching & Scaling Businesses – Access to mentorship, funding guidance, and operational support.

  • Business Growth Strategies – Workshops on branding, marketing, and financial management.

  • Networking & Community Engagement – Connecting with successful business owners and investors.


Cultural Enrichment & Community Impact

Through initiatives like the Colorado Dashiki Festival, we:

  • Celebrate African Heritage through music, dance, food, and cultural showcases.

  • Promote Diversity & Unity by bringing together people from all backgrounds.

  • Support Local Artists & Entrepreneurs by providing a platform for their work.
